1800's
| 1888 : Organization of the church by the missionary W.D. Powell |
| 1888 : First Pastor is Rev. Manuel G. Trevino. First building at the corner of Hidalgo St. and Frio St. |
| 1889 : Second building at the same place (Hidalgo & Frio). Mrs. Mina Everett raised funds for this building. |
1900 - 1925
| 1903 : Pastor Rev. A.C. Carlisle |
| 1905-06 : Pastor Rev. Jonas Garcia |
| 1910 : Pastor Benito Perez. The third building is built at 309 S. Laredo St. The Mexican Baptist Convention is organized and meets at the First Mexican Baptist Church, in San Antonio. |
| 1912-13 : Pastor Marcos Castillo |
| 1917 : Our Women's Missionary Union "Hadassa" is organized. |
| 1917-19 : Pastor Rev. Felix Buldain. Associate Pastor is Rev. Matias Garcia |
| 1921-22 : Pastor Policarpo Barro. The fourth new building is inaugurated at 711 S. Laredo St. The church splits and "El Calvario" Baptist Church is formed. |
| 1923-24 : Pastor Josias Villarreal |
| 1924-28 : Pastor Efrain Dominguez. Missionary work starts in Converse, Mitchell Lake, Pleasanton, and Divine. |
1925 - 1950
| 1929-42 : Rev. Alfredo Cavazos is Pastor. The first choir was organized. |
| 1942-44 : Pastor Pedro Carranza. Some members leave to form "Templo" Baptist Church. |
